MSDS是什么？

　　MSDS的英文全称为Material Safety Data Sheet——直译为“材料安全数据表”。

　　由于化学品运输基本都需要提供MSDS报告，MSDS报告基本都是针对化学品的，因此也叫做“化学品安全技术说明书”或“化学品安全说明书”或“化学品安全数据说明书”叫法不同，实质一样。

　　MSDS和SDS为什么长得像？

　　国外尤其是一些欧洲国家习惯叫做SDS（Safety Data Sheet）——安全技术说明书——把Material去掉，感觉范围更大，因为事实上不仅仅是材料Material才需要，含有某些材料Material（特别是含有化学材料的）其他产品也需要提供MSDS，所以叫做SDS似乎更准确。

　　也有人说MSDS是以前很普遍的叫法，现在基本都改称为SDS了。

　　无论SDS还是MSDS，所指的都是同一种文件。

　　一份完整的MSDS都说了什么？

　　MSDS实际上是一份全面的技术性说明书，侧重于危害提示和安全操作指引，主要包含如下16项内容：

　　Section 1：Chemical Product and Company Identification——化学品及企业标识

　　Section 2：Information on Hazardous Ingredients——成分信息

　　Section 3：Hazard identification——危害识别信息

　　Section 4：First Aid Measures——急救措施

　　Section 5：Fire Fighting Measures——消防措施

　　Section 6：A ccidental Release Measures——意外泄露处置措施

　　Section 7：Handling and Storage——操作处置与储存

　　Section 8：Exposure Control/Personal Protection——接触控制与个体防护

　　Section 9：Physical and Chemical Properties——物理化学性质

　　Section 10：Stability and Reactivity——稳定性与反应活性

　　Section 11：Toxicology Information——毒理学资料

　　Section 12：Ecological Information——生态学资料

　　Section 13：Disposal Considerations——废弃处置信息

　　Section 14：Transportation Information——运输资料信息

　　Section 15：Regulatory Information——法规资料信息
